On Monday 11 November in our laboratory an expanded workshop took place on the problem of Russian Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF) realized with the use of Russian devices fabricated by SPE "LAZMA" Ltd. (RF). In the workshop, besides the staff of our laboratory, representatives of a number of other Russian scientific organizations, in which the scientific LDF-based researches are carried out, took part - A.Tankanag (Institute of Biophysics of Cells), A.Fedorovich (The Russian Cardiological Center, Moscow), V.Aleksandrin (Research Institute of the General Pathology and a Pathophysiology of the Russian Academy of Medical Science), etc. The problem of reliability of registration of rhythms of blood microcirculation by the LDF method as well as problems of interpretation of observed experimental data were discussed. Some found mistakes in the design of the devices of "LAKK" series leading to distortion and errors of registration of rhythms in blood microcirculation were presented for broad dispute. Technical reports on imperfection and errors of a design of devices were presented by the staff of laboratory - by D.Lapitan and Dr. D.Rogatkin. On the basis of analysis of the schematic diagram of the devices and of data of technical experiments it was shown as false spectra in devices of this class in the range of the low frequencies lying in the field of registration of rhythms of blood microcirculation can be formed. A.Tankanag told about problems of interpretation of her last experimental results on search of correlation of rhythms of blood microcirculation in the left and right half of a body which partially contradict modern data of physiology. V.Alexandrine showed his interesting results of experiments on studying of rhythms in a blood microcirculation at rats brain. As a whole, there took place active and fruitful discussion on menteoned problems, and all participants of the workshop expressed readiness to arrive anothe time on a similar workshop.
