On Friday, 08.10.21, an extended scientific seminar on the study of the processes of blood microcirculation (BMC) was held in the laboratory. The seminar was attended by key researchers of our laboratory, involved in this area, research group headed by prof. Nikolay Chemeris from the Federal Research Center "Pushchino Scientific Center for Biological Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences", as well as a group of teachers headed by Doctor of Biological Sciences Svetlana Gavrilova from the Department of Physiology and General Pathology of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Brief reports were heard from MONIKI on a new created device-tonometer with remote optical sensors for assessing the MCC (D.A. Rogatkin, Ph.D., Sci. Dr.) and on results of its two-center scientific and clinical study (M.D., Ph.D., A. A. Glazkov ), as well as reports from representatives of the Pushchino Scientific Center on the analysis of phase relationships between fluctuations in blood flow in the human cardiovascular system (Ph.D. A.V. Tankanag ), on mathematical modeling of MCC processes (Ph.D., A.A. Grinevich) and on non-stationary and oscillatory processes in the human cardiovascular system in terms of problems, directions and research prospects (Sci.Dr. N.K. Chemeris ). Then a general discussion took place on the consolidation of research efforts. Employees of the Pushchino Scientific Center were able to test themselves on the new tonometer made in MONIKI. The group leaders agreed to work out options for further mutually beneficial cooperation in this area of ??medical and physical research.
